Guide
Marketing campaign planning software for small teams.
Marketing campaign planning software gives your team one place to turn a campaign idea into a plan: who does what, by when, and with what budget. This guide explains what to look for and how Camppit approaches it.
What it should do
What good campaign planning software helps with.
- Turns a brief into a structured plan without starting from a blank page.
- Keeps tasks, owners, dates, milestones and budget in one shared place.
- Shows several campaigns at once, so overlapping deadlines are easy to spot.
- Lets you decide who can edit and who can only view.
- Leaves the final decisions with your team, not with the software.
How Camppit works
From brief to a plan your team can run.
Step 1
Start from a campaign brief
Describe the campaign in your own words, or add the briefs and documents you already have. Camppit reads them to understand goals, audience, timing and budget.
Step 2
Review an AI-generated plan
Camppit suggests workstreams, tasks, milestones and budget lines. Nothing is saved until your team has reviewed it — keep, edit or remove anything before you save the plan.
Step 3
Organise the work into workstreams
Group tasks by area, such as content, events or paid media, and give each task an owner, a status and a due date.
Step 4
Schedule tasks and activities
Set dates, link tasks that depend on each other and see everything on a shared timeline and calendar, so deadlines and launch dates stay visible.
Step 5
Track the budget alongside the plan
Record planned and actual costs per campaign, so spend sits next to the work it pays for instead of in a separate spreadsheet.
What it is not
It plans and coordinates. It does not publish.
Camppit does not post to social media, send email campaigns or measure revenue. It keeps the plan behind those activities organised, so the tools you already use for them get the right work at the right time.
