Refund Policy

Refunds

Camppit is sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email support@camppit.com. Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method, and paid access ends when a refund is issued.

This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan and usage. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
