Free does not include AI. On Solo and Team, AI credits renew every month — including with annual billing — and unused credits don't roll over. Team credits are shared across the workspace. AI suggests; you review and decide.

Questions
Good to know.
- Is Free really free with no time limit?
- Yes. Free is an ongoing plan, not a trial. It costs nothing, needs no credit card and doesn't expire.
- Does Free include AI?
- No. Free has no AI credits. AI-assisted planning is included with Solo and Team.
- What counts as an active campaign?
- Any campaign that isn't archived. Archiving a campaign frees its active slot, and archived campaigns stay readable. You can restore one when you have a free slot.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing you've created is deleted. You can't add more of that item until you free up room — for example by archiving a campaign or removing files — or move to a larger plan.
- Can I change or cancel my subscription?
- Owners can upgrade, add seats or reduce their plan from Settings, and cancel at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Eligible new account owners receive one 14-day trial of AI planning and collaboration, with 20 AI credits in total, 5 editing seats, 3 active campaigns and 250 MB of storage. No payment card is required and nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to Free: campaigns, tasks, files and completed analyses are kept, the owner keeps editing access and other members keep read-only access. You can move to Solo or Team whenever you're ready.
- How are taxes handled?
- Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which calculates and collects any applicable tax at checkout based on your location.
