Terms of Service

Effective 23 October 2026 · Codelab Technologies – FZCO

1. Who we are

Camppit is provided by Codelab Technologies – FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (licence no. 76787), Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Camppit you enter into these terms with Codelab Technologies – FZCO.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use Camppit you agree to these terms. If you use Camppit for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. Camppit may be used by businesses and by individuals aged 18 or over.

3. The service

Camppit is campaign planning and coordination software: workspaces, campaigns, tasks, timelines, calendars, budgets, a document library and optional AI-assisted planning. Camppit does not publish posts or send marketing emails on your behalf.

4. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your information accurate. Workspace owners control membership and roles.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Camppit unlawfully; for fraud, spam or deception; to infringe others' intellectual property; to upload malware; to probe, scrape, overload or interfere with the service or its security; or to reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent plan limits.

6. AI features

AI suggestions are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your inputs (including having the right to upload documents), for reviewing outputs before use, and for how you use them. Outputs are not legal, financial, regulatory or other professional advice. You must not use AI features to create illegal content, hate speech, deceptive impersonations or malware, or to bypass safeguards. We may filter requests, refuse outputs, remove content or restrict accounts that misuse AI features.

Rights-holders can report infringing content to support@camppit.com; repeated infringement leads to suspension.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide and secure the service, including sending it to AI providers when you start an AI action.

8. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in Camppit, its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Camppit within your plan.

9. Plans, payment and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

10. Service level

We work to keep Camppit available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Camppit at any time. After access ends you can ask support to help export your workspace content within 30 days; we then delete or anonymise it in line with our Privacy Notice.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

13. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of Camppit or your breach of these terms.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes.
