How it works
From an idea to a coordinated campaign.
Three steps, with you in control at every point. AI suggests; you decide.
A 30-second walkthrough, from brief to delivery.
- Step 1
Bring an idea or materials
Type what you want to achieve, dictate it, or upload the brief and supporting documents you already have. Include goals, audience, dates and budget if you know them.
- Plain language is fine — no templates to fill in.
- Upload PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, Markdown or text files. Files are only analysed when you choose to.
- Prefer to work without AI? Create the campaign manually instead.
Example brief
“We are launching a new product in March. We want a launch article, an email announcement to existing customers, a webinar two weeks later and some paid social. Budget around £12,000.”

- Step 2
Review and refine the proposed plan
Camppit may ask a few clarifying questions, then suggests workstreams, tasks, milestones, activities, dates and budget lines — and flags details it had to assume.
- Edit, remove or add anything before saving.
- Dates and budget lines are starting points for you to confirm, not decisions.
- Later, ask for task suggestions or a gap check on any workstream.

Organise and manage delivery
Create the campaign, then assign tasks, set statuses, link dependent tasks and keep dates, budget and materials together while it runs.
- Invite colleagues with a role that fits their part (Team plan).
- Track budgeted, committed and actual amounts.
- Follow every campaign on the marketing calendar, or subscribe in your own calendar app.

You review every AI suggestion
Suggestions are a draft. Nothing becomes part of your campaign until someone on your team reviews it and chooses to save it. Uploading files does not use AI, and reopening a saved analysis does not make another AI request. Viewers cannot use AI planning, and the AI does not contact anyone, publish content or spend money on your behalf.
