Plan with AI. Deliver with your team.

AI-assisted planning, campaign delivery, collaboration and shared assets. Every feature on this page is available in the product now.

AI-assisted planning

A structured first plan from a plain-language brief.

Describe your campaign by typing or dictating it. Camppit may ask a few clarifying questions, then suggests a plan for you to review.

  • Suggested workstreams, tasks, milestones, activities, dates and budget lines.
  • Ask for task suggestions on any workstream later, or check an existing workstream for missing work.
  • Clear notes on where details were missing or assumed, so you know what to check.
  • Review and edit everything before you create the campaign — nothing is saved automatically.
  • Available during an eligible 14-day trial or on Solo and Team, subject to available AI credits and editing access. A role alone does not guarantee AI access, and viewers cannot run AI planning.

Campaign delivery · Workstreams, tasks and milestones

Know who is doing what, and what is done.

Organise every campaign into workstreams, then break them into tasks with owners, dates and status.

  • Statuses: To do, In progress, Done and Cancelled.
  • Assign tasks to workspace members, or to colleagues you have invited but who have not joined yet.
  • Mark important tasks or activities as milestones. A milestone is only achieved when it is marked done.
  • Reorder workstreams and tasks by dragging, and move tasks between workstreams.
  • Formatted notes on each task for briefs, links and decisions.

Campaign delivery · Timelines and dependencies

See how the work lines up over time.

The campaign timeline shows workstreams and tasks across dates, so overlaps and gaps are easy to spot.

  • Link tasks so one waits for another to finish.
  • Spot work that is late or at risk before it affects launch dates.

Campaign delivery · Calendars

One view of what is happening, and when.

Every campaign has its own calendar, and the marketing calendar brings activities from all campaigns together.

  • Plan activities such as emails, social posts, events, webinars, content, advertising and PR.
  • Subscribe to your schedule in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar using a private link.
  • Camppit plans these activities — it does not publish posts or send emails for you.

Campaign delivery · Budgets

Budgets next to the work they pay for.

Add budget lines to each campaign and see totals across the workspace.

  • Track budgeted, committed and actual amounts for every line.
  • Set a currency per line; amounts are shown as entered, without conversion.
  • See where spending needs attention across all campaigns.

Collaboration · Workspace collaboration and roles

Bring the right people in, with the right access.

Work together in a shared workspace and switch between workspaces if you belong to more than one.

  • On the Team plan or during your trial, invite colleagues with a personal invitation link.
  • Four roles: owner, admin, member and viewer. Viewers can see everything but change nothing.
  • Permissions are checked by the system itself, not just hidden in the interface.
  • A short product tour helps new members find their way, and can be replayed at any time.

Shared assets · Source materials and shared assets

Plans that reflect the documents you already have.

Upload briefs, product notes or previous plans when creating a campaign, and attach supporting material to individual workstreams.

  • Supports PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), Excel (.xlsx), CSV, Markdown and text files, up to 15 MB each.
  • Choose to analyse files and key facts are used when the plan is suggested. Uploading alone does not use AI.
  • Saved analyses can be reopened without another AI request.
  • Files are stored privately and only available to members of your workspace.
